The frequency dial lets you select among 6 adjustable modes depending on the type of animals you want to repel:

• Mode 1 (23–45kHz): Deer, raccoons, bats, rabbits, rodents and squirrels
• Mode 2 (19–23kHz): Birds, voles, squirrels, cats, dogs and rodents
• Mode 3 (13–19kHz): Foxes, rabbits, raccoons, and rodents
• Mode 4 (45kHz): Bats and squirrels
• Mode 5 (25kHz): Rodents, voles, squirrels, and birds
• Mode 6 (18kHz): Rodents and voles
• Mode 7 (OFF): Device turned off

Turn the knob to the desired frequency range, and the device will automatically operate in that mode when motion is detected.

The built-in PIR infrared sensor detects movement within a 110° angle and up to 30 feet (10 meters) away. When motion is detected, the device activates for 30 seconds, emitting ultrasonic waves and flashing LED lights to scare animals away.

Installation is simple and tool-free. You can:

1. Insert the included stake into the ground, or
2. Mount the device on a wall, post, or fence using the hanging holes.
   Place it about 9–10 inches off the ground for best performance and ensure the solar panel faces sunlight.
