Once your order has been confirmed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change the delivery address. We advise you to contact the delivery service directly when your package is on its way.

Absolutely not. Although our repellents are very effective in repelling pests, they do so without compromising their well-being. The ultrasonic waves simply encourage them to move away, without causing them any harm.
Our devices are designed to emit ultrasonic frequencies within the hearing range of the targeted pests. While these sounds are generally inaudible to adults, some people — especially younger individuals or those with sensitive hearing — may perceive a high-pitched sound when the device activates.
That said, the device only triggers after a short detection delay via its infrared sensor, and the emission lasts only a few seconds. If you are indoors or not directly facing the device, you are unlikely to notice anything.

Placement depends on the type of repeller:
- Indoor models: Place at a height of 20–80cm from the floor, facing the area where pests are most active. Avoid placing behind furniture or curtains.
- Outdoor solar models: Insert into the ground in the center of the area you want to protect. Ensure the solar panel receives direct sunlight.
- Directional models: Mount facing the direction pests approach from. Adjust the angle to cover the maximum entry zone.
Our outdoor repellers are designed with IPX4 water resistance, meaning they can withstand rain and splashing. However, they should not be submerged in water.
Indoor models are not waterproof and should only be used in dry environments.
For optimal results, yes. Our repellers are designed for continuous operation and consume very little energy (most indoor models use less than 5W — comparable to a phone charger).
Turning the device off allows pests to return, so we recommend keeping it running at all times, especially during the initial conditioning period of 2–4 weeks.
