Shipping times

We process and ship your orders within 1-2 business days after validation. Once shipped, your order will be delivered within 3-8 business days depending on your location (see the Delivery areas and specific times section). We strive to provide you with a fast and efficient service.
Our order cutoff time is 2PM (GMT-07:00).

 

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders. The list of countries we ship to and the associated delivery times are detailed in the "Specific delivery areas and times" section below.

 

Specific delivery areas and deadlines

Orders are processed and shipped from our international partner warehouse. Final-mile delivery to your address is then handled by the local carrier listed below. The delivery times shown include both international transit and final-mile delivery; please add 1 to 2 business days of processing time.
We ship mainly to the United States and Europe. Below are the details of delivery areas and associated times. The choice of carrier is not guaranteed and may change at any time:

  • United States: Delivery within 3 to 8 business days via USPS, GOFO, SpeedX.
  • Canada: Delivery within 3 to 8 business days via Canada Post, Intelcom.

Other areas:

    • France: Delivery within 3 to 8 business days via Colissimo, Cainiao, Colis Privé, GOFO France.
    • Belgium: Delivery within 3 to 8 business days via Bpost.
    • Luxembourg: Delivery within 3 to 8 business days via Post Luxembourg.
    • Switzerland: Delivery within 3 to 8 business days via Swiss Post.
    • Germany: Delivery within 3 to 8 business days via Deutsche Post, DHL, Hermes.
    • Portugal: Delivery within 3 to 8 business days via CTT.
    • Ireland: Delivery within 3 to 8 business days via An Post.
    • Italy: Delivery within 3 to 8 business days via Poste Italiane.
    • Spain: Delivery within 3 to 8 business days via Correos Spain, Urvaam, iMile.
    • Malta: Delivery within 3 to 8 business days via Malta Post.
    • Austria: Delivery within 3 to 8 business days via Austrian Post.
    • Denmark: Delivery within 3 to 8 business days via PostNord Danmark.
    • Finland: Delivery within 3 to 8 business days via Posti, Matkahuolto.
    • Greece: Delivery within 3 to 8 business days via Hellenic Post.
    • Netherlands: Delivery within 3 to 8 business days via GOFO Netherlands.
    • Hungary: Delivery within 3 to 8 business days via Magyar Posta.
    • Norway: Delivery within 3 to 8 business days via Norway Post.
    • Sweden: Delivery within 3 to 8 business days via PostNord Sverige.
    • Poland: Delivery within 3 to 8 business days via DPD.
    • Romania: Delivery within 3 to 8 business days via Sameday.
    • Slovakia: Delivery within 3 to 8 business days via Slovakia Post.
    • Rest of Europe: For other European countries, we use local postal services or recognized logistics partners such as DHL, DPD, or GOFO depending on the destination. Deliveries are generally completed within 5 to 10 business days.
    • United Kingdom: Delivery within 3 to 8 business days via Royal Mail, EVRi, Relay.
    • Australia: Delivery within 5 to 10 business days via iMile, Aramex AU.

     

    Order tracking

    To ensure complete transparency, we will send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way. This email will contain a tracking number and link, allowing you to track your package in real time. You can also go to our tracking page and enter your tracking number to check the status of your delivery at any time.

    Tracking will detail every step of your package's journey, from when it leaves our warehouse to when it is delivered to your address.

    You can also use your order number to track your order at any moment on our tracking page.

     

    Changing the delivery address

    Once your order is confirmed, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address directly via our site. If you need to correct an address after the order has been confirmed, we advise you to contact the delivery service directly once your package is in transit. They will be able to assist you with this process.
