Our devices are designed to emit ultrasonic frequencies within the hearing range of the targeted pests. While these sounds are generally inaudible to adults, some individuals—especially younger people or those with sensitive hearing—may perceive a high-pitched sound when the device activates.
That said, the unit only triggers after a short detection delay via its infrared sensor, and the emission lasts only a few seconds. If you are indoors or not directly facing the device, you’re unlikely to notice anything. Even outdoors, most people experience no discomfort unless standing directly in front of the unit at the moment it activates. Overall, it is designed to minimize any disturbance to humans while remaining effective against animals.

ZeroBird® is suitable for birds, particularly pigeons, blackbirds, and sparrows. However, the light flashes can also unsettle some small nocturnal pests sensitive to light, such as certain rodents.

Simply set the left dial (sensitivity) to the middle position to start. You can adjust this setting later depending on the desired detection range. Then, turn the right dial to the desired mode:

• Mode 3 for ultrasound only, focused on bird frequencies
• Mode 4 for LED flashes only
• Mode 5 (recommended) for variable frequency plus flashes, the most effective mode against birds

Next, install the device as needed: stake it into the ground using the supplied peg, fix it to a wall using the built-in slot, or simply place it on a stable surface near the area to protect.

If the device is placed in the shade, remember to recharge it occasionally using the supplied USB cable. In full sunlight, the integrated solar panel ensures complete autonomy, day and night.

ZeroBird® operates using a PIR infrared sensor that automatically detects the presence of birds within a radius of about 8 meters and a 110° angle. When a bird enters the zone, the device activates to emit ultrasounds and/or light flashes depending on the selected mode. This dual stimulation disturbs birds, encouraging them to leave the area without causing them harm.
